Cathy Conner

Cathy is the founder of

Studio C

. Always having a love of the decorative arts, she ended a successful 20 year career in culinary arts and sought out the best school for applied decorative arts. She studied for two years at the Cours Renaissance in Paris, France under the direction of Marc Gardereau, Michel Nadai, Pierre le Fumat, Sylvan Enicolo and Christian Martencourt for two years. After her formal education she spent another year working with Nicole Vigini and Aaron Cohen. Cathy is a member of the International Salon of Decorative Painters and continues to collaborate with colleagues from Denmark, France, Italy, Sweden and the US. She has established herself as an internationally recognized entrepreneur and artist.

Virgilio Martinez

Martino specializes in a unique technique of polished plaster that he has created and perfected. He has expertise in all other plaster mediums, restoration, touch-up, as well as gold and silver leafing. Before joining the

Studio C

ensemble, Martino apprenticed under Marco Ventana, a well-known Italian decorative artist in Los Angeles, followed by training with Pierre Finkelsteing in New York.
